Every person is part of the Team here at All Saints – called to love God and one another. We do however have a team of people who are called to equip and empower others to serve and are responsible for various parts of the ministry here at All Saints.

Pastoral Team

Vacant – Senior Minister

Catherine Rae – Children & Families Pastor
Catherine has been part of All Saints since she was a child – that’s probably where her passion for wanting children to feel loved and welcomed at church and to know they are loved by God comes from!  For over 30 years she has been involved in leadership in different areas of children’s ministry such as after school programmes for primary school children, playgroup, holiday programmes, our kids Learning Time (KLT) on Sundays and Christian Religious Education (CRE) in the local primary school.  Catherine is married to Peter, whom she met at youth group at All Saints, and they have 2 teenage boys.  Her other interests include reading, needlework and dancing.

Julie-anne Laird – Young Adults Pastor
Julie-anne has been involved at All Saints Anglican Church since 1998 and has led Playgroups, the Young Adults, Kids Clubs, etc.  At the moment she works part time with City to City as well as part time at All Saints.  She is involved with Arrow Leadership and Lausanne Australia as well as her local community.  She is married to Andrew and they have 4 young adult children.  She enjoys a good coffee and hanging out with family and friends.  She also enjoys training up a new generation of Young Adults who love Jesus.

Ann Anderson – Pastoral Care
Ann was appointed as Associate Pastor in February 2019 to pastorally care for members of the 8.30am congregation.  Ann comes from a diverse Protestant background serving in Ballarat, Broadmeadows and Richmond before Greensborough.  She has studied Disability, Pastoral Ministry, Clinical Pastoral Education and Pastoral Care & Ageing with a wealth of experience in them all. For 22 years Ann enjoyed supporting adults with developmental disabilities and was a member of the Pastoral Care Team at Epworth Richmond for 10 years.  Ann is married to John and they have 3 children and 5 grandchildren.  She enjoys listening to people’s stories, enabling people to be as independent as possible whilst connecting people across generations.  Ann is restored by nature and the Word of God; you may find her worshipping, gardening, walking or holidaying in the wondrous countryside of Australia!

Bec Hayman – Pastoral Care
Bec has been the Associate Pastor for the pastoral care of women across 10.30am and 6pm services since February 2019.  She is married to Michael and they have two children.  After completing her Bachelor in Ministry in 1996, Bec worked part-time for Wycliffe Bible Translators as a writer and editor for five years until taking time off to raise their children.  The family then lived in India and China for total of four years for Michael’s work.  Since returning in 2013, Bec has completed a Master of Arts (Ministry) and worked as a lollipop lady until the end of 2019.  Her interests include reading, writing, horse riding and hiking and she loves teaching the Bible.

Administrative Team

Maggi Palmer – Church Administration & Finance
Maggi began in this role in March 2017. Originally from the UK, she has lived in various parts of South East Asia, and the whole family became Australian citizens in 2006. Married to Bill who recently retired, they have 2 adult children and a lively young pup. Maggi has worked in various fields including admin, retail, education as a teacher’s assistant and health as a nursing assistant. She was studying to be a nurse but God had other plans! She has been an active member of All Saints since first attending in 2002, enjoys singing in the church choir and is part of the Mainly Music team on Thursday mornings. She also enjoys reading – when time permits, baking (and eating said baking), singing with a community choir and is never happier than when filing or putting things in order.
