Every person is part of the Team here at All Saints – called to love God and one another. We do however have a team of people who are called to equip and empower others to serve and are responsible for various parts of the ministry here at All Saints.


Pastoral Team

Dave Fuller – Senior Minister
Dave has been the Senior Minister at All Saints since July 2012 and oversees the Staff Team here. He is married to Deborah and they have two young adult children. With a diverse ministry background since 1987 ranging from pastoring at St.Martin’s Community Church Collingwood, para-church ministry with Concern Australia, in School’s Chaplaincy and lecturing at Ridley Melbourne, Dave is now an active life member of the God’s Squad Christian Motorcycle Club. He enjoys time with his family, walking the dog, reading and is a long suffering Richmond Footy Club member. In December, 2015 he was made Archdeacon of the Yarra region of the Anglican Diocese of Melbourne.

Janie Beasley – Children & Families Pastor
Janie has been the Children & Families Pastor at All Saints since February 2015. She is married to David and they have 3 children.  Some  of her interests are playing tennis, reading, walking, singing and listening to jazz. For many years she has been involved with playgroup and Mainly Music and has a passion for families and children to know about God’s love for us. Janie is currently completing a Graduate Diploma in Divinity at Ridley College and works on  part-time basis in Community Policing. Prior to being a police officer she worked as a radiation therapist in Melbourne and Ipswich in England.

Julie-anne Laird – Young Adults Pastor
Julie-anne has been involved at All Saints Anglican Church since 1998 and has led Playgroups, the Young Adults, Kids Clubs, etc.  At the moment she works part time with Christian Union and Melbourne Uni as well as part time at All Saints.  She is involved with Arrow Leadership and Lausanne Australia as well as her local community.  She is married to Andrew and they have 4 young adult children.  She enjoys a good coffee and hanging out with family and friends.  She also enjoys training up a new generation of Young Adults who love Jesus.

Bec Hayman – Pastoral Care
Bec has been the Associate Pastor for the pastoral care of women across 10.30am and 6pm services since February 2019.  She is married to Michael and they have two children.  After completing her Bachelor in Ministry in 1996, Bec worked part-time for Wycliffe Bible Translators as a writer and editor for five years until taking time off to raise their children.  The family then lived in India and China for total of four years for Michael’s work.  Since returning in 2013, Bec has completed a Master of Arts (Ministry) and worked as a lollipop lady until the end of 2019.  Her interests include reading, writing, horse riding and hiking and she loves teaching the Bible.  


Administrative Team

Maggi Palmer – Church Administration & Finance
Maggi began in this role in March 2017. Originally from the UK, she has lived in various parts of South East Asia, and the whole family became Australian citizens in 2006. Married to Bill who recently retired, they have 2 adult children and a lively young pup. Maggi has worked in various fields including admin, retail, education as a teacher’s assistant and health as a nursing assistant. She was studying to be a nurse but God had other plans! She has been an active member of All Saints since first attending in 2002, enjoys singing in the church choir and is part of the Mainly Music team on Thursday mornings. She also enjoys reading – when time permits, baking (and eating said baking), singing with a community choir and is never happier than when filing or putting things in order.
